Thank you for visiting our website. I have been a resident of Arizona since 1996, attending Arizona State University from 1988-1993. During this span, I received my BSA in mechanical engineering while competing for ASU in wrestling and winning the national title in 1993. These 2 very diverse pursuits have provided me with the work ethic and educational competency necessary to provide you the best service possible.

Since 1996 I have purchased many investment properties for myself along with my personal residence. I have seen how investments mature and have learned what qualities can make or break the value of a property. I have seen and taken notice of how rates, economy, and timing can affect value and the sale of a home. I have also been a client of many real estate licensees. Therefore, I know how frustrating it can be when your real estate agent doesn’t keep you informed on a regular basis, make you aware of all your options, and/or educate you about the selling process.

I like to be short and straight to the point. I’m not going to say that I’m not in this business to make money. I give people more credit than that. What I will say is how I intend to do that. My goal is to do the best job I can for each of my clients and provide them with the best service possible in hope of attaining future business and referrals. You don’t get rich in this business from one deal, but you can certainly have a very successful career by providing exemplary service to each and every client.
