Chris A. Castillo is the owner of CPA Advantage Realty, LLC, Pinnacle One Lending, LLC and Lavish Interiors, LLC dba Staging Furniture.
Chris is a graduate of ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Accountancy. After college, he spent 5 years as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche, LLP. He has earned his Real Estate Broker’s license and also is a Certified Public Accountant.
With his broad background, Chris continues to develop and implement new technologies, thereby utilizing his knowledge of the industry to help his clients achieve their property goals.
Chris specializes in the sale of distressed properties, most notably, luxury REO’s and short sales, across the Phoenix Metroplex. He knows that working hard, utilizing his vast knowledge of the area, current marketing trends, and the latest Internet marketing tools for his clients maintains his status as a high achiever.
For nearly a decade, Chris Castillo has been one of those productive and respected realtors in the Valley. His peers have recognized his professionalism and his commitment to constantly improving and advancing the industry that he loves.
Bill Winward, a native of Philadelphia, PA, has been a full-time real estate practitioner since 1988. Additionally, Bill’s dedication to real estate professionalism has been evident through volunteering his time, energy and enthusiasm to the local Association of Realtors as Chairman of the Grievance Committee, a member of the Professional Standards Committee as well as an AAR Certified Ethics Instructor.
Bill is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and pursued his MBA at the University of Wisconsin. He has earned the GRI, CDPE, CRS, E-Pro, MRE & CNE designations. Bill is also a certified Mentor for Brian Buffini’s Peak Producers program and teaches ADRE Continuing Education courses.
Bill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to CPA Advantage Realty Group. He enjoys working with newer agents and those who want to develop and improve their basic real estate skills.

Cathy has been licensed in this Real Estate Industry full time since 1988. Starting in New York with residential resale properties.
She moved to the valley in 1994 and started learning and training in Property Management with Bernard Finney and went on to Residential Resale shortly thereafter. As managing Broker for CPA Advantage Realty Cathy shares her twenty-five years of real estate experience with the agents she supports, as well as with the Arizona real estate community. She has made significant contributions through her involvement with the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors. As a graduate of The Leadership Program and a GRI Designee, serving in the past on the Education Committee, the Grievance Committee and now continues on to Professional Standards. Cathy prides herself on her accessibility to agents, and is committed to assisting each agent in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.
